Long and Foster Eastern Shore re­cently hon­ored sales as­so­ci­ates from their Easton, St. Michaels and Cam­bridge of­fices for their 2016 real es­tate achieve­ments.

— Long and Foster Eastern Shore re­cently hon­ored sales as­so­ci­ates from their Easton, St. Michaels and Cam­bridge of­fices for their 2016 real es­tate achieve­ments.

Cor­nelia C. Heck­en­bach re­ceived the mas­ters gold team award, the high­est award given by Long & Foster. She also re­ceived top pro­ducer for both the high­est dol­lar-vol­ume sold and the most units sold.

The gold team award was also pre­sented to the fol­low­ing agents: Rob La­caze, founders gold team award; El­iz­a­beth Y. Foulds, chair­man’s gold team award; Bar­bara Day­ton, chair­man’s gold team award and Doug James, chair­man’s gold team award and Karla WielandCherry, chair­man’s gold team award.

The fol­low­ing agents were awarded sil­ver team sta­tus, along with the rank­ing des­ig­na­tion of pres­i­dent’s, di­rec­tor’s or ex­ec­u­tive’s club: Alma Fitzger­ald, pres­i­dent’s club award; Mer­rilie Ford, pres­i­dent’s club award; Cheri Bruce-Phipps pres­i­dent’s club award; Melissa T. Knapp, pres­i­dent’s club award; Kath­leen Enoch Coale, di­rec­tor’s club award; Sam Harde­man di­rec­tor’s club award; Leven Elzey, di­rec­tor’s club award; Mike Al­li­son, di­rec­tor’s club award; Meg Mo­ran, di­rec­tor’s club award; Les­lie Steven­son, di­rec­tor’s club award; Ed Quidas, di­rec­tor’s club award; Ron­ald A. Molock, di­rec­tor’s club award; Bon­nie Lyons, ex­ec­u­tive’s club award; Janet Freeh, ex­ec­u­tive’s club award; Stephany Bar­rett, ex­ec­u­tive’s club award and Michael Seger, ex­ec­u­tive’s club award.

The 2016 top pro­duc­ers, by of­fice, are as fol­lows: The N. Har­ri­son Street/Easton, of­fice — Mer­rilie Ford, for high­est vol­ume of sales and Karla Wieland-Cherry, for high­est num­ber of units sold; The St. Michaels Road/ Easton of­fice — Rob La­caze for both sales vol­ume and units; and Cam­bridge of­fice — Bar­bara Day­ton for both sales vol­ume and units.

The 2016 rookie of year awards went to Janet Cephas, Cam­bridge of­fice; Michael Dil­lon and Cheri Bruce-Phipps, St. Michaels of­fice; and Mary M. Losty, N. Har­ri­son Street/Easton of­fice. The 2016 Out­stand­ing Ser­vice Award was given to agents Les­lie Steven­son, St. Michaels of­fice; Mike Al­li­son, N. Har­ri­son Street/Easton; and Candy Molok-Cop­per, Cam­bridge of­fice.
