Bank aids in River­walk fes­ti­val

MIL­FORD — Mil­ford, Del. re­cently held its an­nual River­walk Free­dom Fes­ti­val to ac­knowl­edge the an­niver­sary of Sept. 11, 2001.

The fes­ti­val is hosted by the Cham­ber of Com­merce for Greater Mil­ford. The River­walk Free­dom Fes­ti­val is the largest out­door fes­ti­val in Mil­ford.

What started out as a one-day event has grown into a full week­end of fam­ily-friendly fun that cov­ers the area from Wal­nut Street to Bi­Cen­ten­nial Park. Shore United Bank em­ploy­ees of the branch lo­cated in Mil­ford, set up a tent to be a part of the event and help sup­port the com­mu­nity they ser ve.
