Cou­ple with new­born bat­tles mother’s health is­sues

Two teenagers, Rachel and John, fell in love, ran off and got mar­ried.

The cou­ple had vir­tu­ally noth­ing but were bask­ing in that early new­ly­wed glow. They felt they didn’t need very much.

The two got an apart­ment and a car, and quickly found them­selves in over their heads when it came to mak­ing pay­ments.

So they took on ex­tra jobs to try to make enough to make ends meet. This re­quired some com­plex lo­gis­tics since they were shar­ing their only car.

Pretty soon, Rachel found out she was preg­nant. The cou­ple was ex­cited, but Rachel started hav­ing prob­lems.

She was told by doc­tors she should not be work­ing ex­tra jobs and needed to rest. That meant a cut in their in­come.

Now they have a new­born, but Rachel’s health is­sues have con­tin­ued.

They have to travel to doc­tors and spe­cial­ists, miss­ing time from work and caus­ing more loss of in­come.

Fam­ily mem­bers have helped out with babysit­ting and have loaned them money so they would not lose the car, but there is vir­tu­ally no money for the hol­i­days. Your do­na­tion to The
