Publix is still pleasing

Tampa Bay Times - - Opinion -

Is this columnist, Fabiola Santiago, kidding when she calls to boycott Publix because it is supporting the candidacy of Adam Putnam for governor of Florida? I recognize that she does not like President Donald Trump and she appears to be pro-illegal immigration, but to call Floridians to boycott Publix because of its support for a Republican candidate seems like a joke to me.

Publix has received numerous awards and achievements during its 87 years. It is also an industry leader that is highly involved in our community with more than one thousand stores — two-thirds of which are located in Florida. Sorry, but I will continue having the pleasure of shopping at Publix. Eduardo Montalvo, Coral Gables
