HOPE, Ark.—Evelyn Anita Johnson Taylor, 84, of Bradley, Ark., died Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, in a Texarkana, Texas hospital.
Mrs. Taylor was born July 5, 1932. She was preceded in death by her husband, I.V. Taylor.
Survivors include one son, Jessie Guise of Bradley; three daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and John Caldwell and Beverly and Frederick Webb of Texarkana and Ivory Vaughn and Earl Grant of New Braunfels, Texas; two sisters, Rosa Strickland of Bradley and Geneva Miller of Little Rock; one brother, Clifford Barrow of Kansas City, Mo.; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church, Bradley, with the Rev. Earl Grant officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery under direction of Brandon’s Mortuary.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the church.
