SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredient­s:

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/3 stick Oleo

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1 cup pecans, optional

1/3 cup Oleo

Directions: Mix all but last four ingredient­s. Place in greased dish.

Make topping from last four ingredient­s, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350°F for ten minutes covered and 25 minutes uncovered.
