AR­REST - James Melvin Arm­stead, W. Philadel­phia Ave., was ar­rested for DUI/At­tempt­ing to Elude Po­lice/Re­sist­ing Ar­rest at 1:01 a.m. The iIn­ci­dent oc­curred on S. Penn­syl­va­nia Ave.

Mon­day, Nov. 19

AR­REST - Gary T. Brown, N. Mont­gomery Sreet, of Tren­ton, NJ, was ar­rested for re­tail theft. The in­ci­dent oc­curred at a store in Gi­ant Plaza on W. Tren­ton Ave at 11:30 a.m.

CRIM­I­NAL MIS­CHIEF - Report of dam­age to 2001 CASE Back­hoe while parked on the 500 block Penn­syl­va­nia Ave. at 11:30 a.m. Value A2,000.

Wed­nes­day, Nov. 21

AR­REST - Phillip James Baker of Chatham Road., Fair­less Hills, was ar­rested for Pos­ses­sion of Con­trolled Sub­stance and Drug Para­pher­na­lia at 12:57 a.m. at Mill Pond Shop­ping Cen­ter.

AT­TEMPTED THEFT - Report of chain link fence cut and en­try made into rear area of auto re­pair shop on E. Tren­ton Ave at 3:50 p.m. Tools were taken out of shed, un­known if any­thing was stolen at this time.

THEFT - Report of a 1997 Ku250 green C white Kawasaki, value A1,500.00; a 1999 Yw125 blue C white Yamaha, value A1,300.00; and a 2006 yel­low C multi-color Suzuki RM85, value A1,900, stolen from 400 block Cly­mer Ave. at 10:45 p.m.

THEFT - Report of wal­let stolen from ve­hi­cle parked on 500 block Wilk Drive at 11:50 a.m. Value A32.00

AR­REST - Der­rick An­thony Labus, of W. Gor­don Sreet, Al­len­town, was ar­rested on a War­rant from Mor­risville Po­lice. In­ci­dent oc­curred in Falls Town­sip at 9:45 p.m.

Report of bat­tery stolen from ve­hi­cle parked in busi­ness lot on 100 block of W. Philadel­phia Ave at 8:51 a.m. Value A200.00

AR­REST - Jared Gierisch, of Plaza Blvd., was ar­rested for Man­u­fac­ture/De­liv­ery and Pos­ses­sion of Con­trolled Sub­stance and Drug Para­pher­na­lia. In­ci­dent oc­curred on Plaza Blvd at 11:58 p.m.

BUR­GLARY - Report of forced en­try made into apart­ment on Plaza Blvd. at 1:41 p.m. Ac­cord­ing WR SROLFH, $950.00 Ln FDVK; D 9LVLR flDW VFUHHn 79, value A300.00; and an IPod dock, value A200.00, were stolen.

THEFT - Po­lice report a wal­let stolen from pock­et­book in laun­dry lo­cated on W. Bridge Street at 10:23 a.m.. A debit card taken was used at var­i­ous lo­ca­tions in the area. Value A80.

THEFT - Report of a Black­berry cell phone and A20. stolen from ve­hi­cle parked on 700 block Bar­clay Ave. at 4:24 p.m. Value A150. re­ports un­known per­son(s) forced en­try into the res­i­dence by kick­ing in the rear door and re­moved numer­ous pieces of jew­elry and a coin col­lec­tion.

THEFT FROM VE­HI­CLE – On the 1300 block of Lex­ing­ton Drive, re­ported at 8:09 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports that some­time over the past 24 hours, un­known per­son(s) en­tered the un­locked ve­hi­cle and re­moved a GPS. Ap­prox­i­mate value is A200.

PUB­LIC DRUNK­EN­NESS – At Pine Grove Road and Prince Wil­liam Court, re­ported at 1:32 a.m. Po­lice ob­served a male run across the road­way into the wooded area. The 25-year-old male from Yardley will be cited for pub­lic drunk­en­ness.

THEFT – On the 600 block of Spring­dale Ter­race re­ported at 6:43 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports theft of A1,400 worth of jew­elry.

RE­TAIL THEFT – On the 500 block of W. Tren­ton Av­enue at CVS, re­ported at 6:14 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports a black male wear­ing a North­face EODFN DnG JUDy SXOORYHU flHHFH OHIW WKH VWRUH ZLWK D Path­mark bag full of items.

Fri­day, Nov. 16

RE­TAIL THEFT – On the 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s, re­ported at 11:34 a.m. Loss Preven­tion de­tained a 37-year-old fe­male from Tren­ton, N.J. for tak­ing A55.94 worth of mer­chan­dise with­out paying. She was taken into cus­tody by po­lice.

THEFT FROM VE­HI­CLE – On the 1200 block of Ev­er­green Road, re­ported at 3:57 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports that on Nov. 14, un­known per­son(s) en­tered the un­locked ve­hi­cle and re­moved a check­book and A5 worth of change.

THEFT FROM VE­HI­CLE – On the 600 block of Friar Drive, re­ported at 5:23 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports that on Nov. 14, un­known per­son(s) en­tered the un­locked ve­hi­cle and re­moved A10 worth of change.
