Saturday, Nov. 17

ARREST - James Melvin Armstead, W. Philadelph­ia Ave., was arrested for DUI/Attempting to Elude Police/Resisting Arrest at 1:01 a.m. The iIncident occurred on S. Pennsylvan­ia Ave.

Monday, Nov. 19

ARREST - Gary T. Brown, N. Montgomery Sreet, of Trenton, NJ, was arrested for retail theft. The incident occurred at a store in Giant Plaza on W. Trenton Ave at 11:30 a.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 20

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - Report of damage to 2001 CASE Backhoe while parked on the 500 block Pennsylvan­ia Ave. at 11:30 a.m. Value A2,000.

Wednesday, Nov. 21

ARREST - Phillip James Baker of Chatham Road., Fairless Hills, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Parapherna­lia at 12:57 a.m. at Mill Pond Shopping Center.

ATTEMPTED THEFT - Report of chain link fence cut and entry made into rear area of auto repair shop on E. Trenton Ave at 3:50 p.m. Tools were taken out of shed, unknown if anything was stolen at this time.

THEFT - Report of a 1997 Ku250 green C white Kawasaki, value A1,500.00; a 1999 Yw125 blue C white Yamaha, value A1,300.00; and a 2006 yellow C multi-color Suzuki RM85, value A1,900, stolen from 400 block Clymer Ave. at 10:45 p.m.

THEFT - Report of wallet stolen from vehicle parked on 500 block Wilk Drive at 11:50 a.m. Value A32.00

ARREST - Derrick Anthony Labus, of W. Gordon Sreet, Allentown, was arrested on a Warrant from Morrisvill­e Police. Incident occurred in Falls Townsip at 9:45 p.m.

Report of battery stolen from vehicle parked in business lot on 100 block of W. Philadelph­ia Ave at 8:51 a.m. Value A200.00

ARREST - Jared Gierisch, of Plaza Blvd., was arrested for Manufactur­e/Delivery and Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Parapherna­lia. Incident occurred on Plaza Blvd at 11:58 p.m.

BURGLARY - Report of forced entry made into apartment on Plaza Blvd. at 1:41 p.m. According WR SROLFH, $950.00 Ln FDVK; D 9LVLR flDW VFUHHn 79, value A300.00; and an IPod dock, value A200.00, were stolen.

THEFT - Police report a wallet stolen from pocketbook in laundry located on W. Bridge Street at 10:23 a.m.. A debit card taken was used at various locations in the area. Value A80.

THEFT - Report of a Blackberry cell phone and A20. stolen from vehicle parked on 700 block Barclay Ave. at 4:24 p.m. Value A150. reports unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence by kicking in the rear door and removed numerous pieces of jewelry and a coin collection.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE – On the 1300 block of Lexington Drive, reported at 8:09 p.m. Complainan­t reports that sometime over the past 24 hours, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a GPS. Approximat­e value is A200.

Sunday, Nov. 18

PUBLIC DRUNKENNES­S – At Pine Grove Road and Prince William Court, reported at 1:32 a.m. Police observed a male run across the roadway into the wooded area. The 25-year-old male from Yardley will be cited for public drunkennes­s.

THEFT – On the 600 block of Springdale Terrace reported at 6:43 p.m. Complainan­t reports theft of A1,400 worth of jewelry.

RETAIL THEFT – On the 500 block of W. Trenton Avenue at CVS, reported at 6:14 p.m. Complainan­t reports a black male wearing a Northface EODFN DnG JUDy SXOORYHU flHHFH OHIW WKH VWRUH ZLWK D Pathmark bag full of items.

Friday, Nov. 16

RETAIL THEFT – On the 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s, reported at 11:34 a.m. Loss Prevention detained a 37-year-old female from Trenton, N.J. for taking A55.94 worth of merchandis­e without paying. She was taken into custody by police.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE – On the 1200 block of Evergreen Road, reported at 3:57 p.m. Complainan­t reports that on Nov. 14, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a checkbook and A5 worth of change.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE – On the 600 block of Friar Drive, reported at 5:23 p.m. Complainan­t reports that on Nov. 14, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed A10 worth of change.
