Dis­or­derly con­duct … Two Blue Bell males, ages 15 and 16, were cited for dis­or­derly con­duct and cur­few vi­o­la­tions at 1:21 a.m. Aug. 6 af­ter an of­fi­cer saw them walk­ing along Skip­pack Pike at Cath­cart Road, po­lice said. The of­fi­cer could smell an odor of marijuana com­ing from both, who were eva­sive and had blood­shot eyes, and both had bag­gies of sus­pected marijuana, po­lice said. They were cited and re­leased to their par­ents.

False ID … Chong Kim, 47, of the 2000 block of Bethel Road, Lans­dale, was charged with false iden­ti­fi­ca­tion to law en­force­ment au­thor­i­ties, driv­ing while li­cense is sus­pended, oper­at­ing a ve­hi­cle with­out in­sur­ance and dis­obe­di­ence to traf­fic con­trol de­vices fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 2, po­lice said. Kim, who was pulled over af­ter mak­ing an il­le­gal left turn out of the Wawa, 1015 DeKalb Pike, iden­ti­fied him­self as Song Un Kim, age 43, for which Pen­nDOT had no records, and then gave of­fi­cers sev­eral other dates of birth, which re­ceived the same re­sult, po­lice said. He was ar­raigned on the charges and bail was set at $1,000 un­se­cured and he was taken to Mont­gomery County Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity on a de­tainer from adult pro­ba­tion, po­lice said.

Drug pos­ses­sion … Charges of pos­ses­sion of an il­le­gal sub­stance are pend­ing against Michael Simkins, 44, of the 400 block of War­ren Street, Nor­ris­town, fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop on Skip­pack Pike near Pen­l­lyn Pike at 9:23 a.m. Aug. 2, po­lice said. An of­fi­cer smelled burned marijuana com­ing from Simkins’ ve­hi­cle, which was east­bound on Skip­pack in front of him, and pulled him over, po­lice said. Dur­ing the stop, of­fi­cers lo­cated a marijuana cig­a­rette, ad­di­tional con­tain­ers of marijuana and para­pher­na­lia, po­lice said. Charges are pend­ing the lab re­sults, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … John Shade, 60, of the 100 block of Wal­nut Lane, Ambler, was cited for dis­or­derly con­duct July 30 af­ter he re­fused to pay his bill at Phil’s Tav­ern, 931 But­ler Pike, around 8:25 p.m., po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Jamie Slo­bodzian, 28, of the 2900 block of Penn Square Road, East Norriton, is be­ing cited for re­tail theft af­ter she al­legedly stole $140 worth of items from the Gi­ant Food Store, 1760 DeKalb Pike, around 1:50 p.m. July 19, po­lice said. Store se­cu­rity re­ported see­ing a woman, later iden­ti­fied as Slo­bodzian through sur­veil­lance, place mer­chan­dise in bags and leave with­out pay­ing, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Michael Paul, 35, of the 400 block of Grove Street, Bridge­port, was charged with re­tail theft and con­spir­acy af­ter he and an­other male al­legedly stole $472.80 worth of Sim­i­lac and Pam­pers from Su­per­Fresh, 1301 Skip­pack Pike, around 1:40 p.m. July 19, po­lice said. Paul, who was iden­ti­fied as one of the men, also was sus­pected of sev­eral sim­i­lar thefts in the area and Aug. 1 Ply­mouth Town­ship po­lice took him into cus­tody on mul­ti­ple ar­rest war­rants, in­clud­ing charges from Whit­pain, and he was be­ing held at Mont­gomery County Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity, po­lice said. While at MCCF, Paul was ar­raigned on the charges and bail was set at $2,500 un­se­cured, po­lice said.

Truck stolen … A 2009 Black Ford F250 Su­per Duty truck with a crew cab and short­bed truck, PA li­cense vWR8350, was re­ported stolen at 7:38 a.m. July 28 from the drive­way of a home in the 1700 block of Sh­effield Drive, po­lice said. The ve­hi­cle was left un­locked and there was a spare set of keys inside the truck, which had “Pan­ther East” dis­played on the ex­te­rior in gray and white let­ter­ing, po­lice said.
