Brooks hon­ored: Michael Brooks, a sales as­so­ciate in the Devon of­fice of Long & Fos­ter Real Es­tate Inc., was named a top pro­ducer for the of­fice for June.

Gary Scott, pres­i­dent of Long & Fos­ter Real Es­tate, made the an­nounce­ment.

Vice Pres­i­dent and Man­ager Janet Ru­bino praised Brooks as a con­sis­tent top pro­ducer. He also re­ceived the En­tre­pre­neur Award in 2011 for his ef­forts in es­tab­lish­ing the Long & Fos­ter kiosk at the Court at King of Prus­sia Mall.

Brooks is a mem­ber of the Na­tional As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors, Subur­ban West As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors, Penn­syl­va­nia As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors, Multi-Mil­lion Dol­lar Club, and a mem­ber of Long & Fos­ter’s Di­rec­tor’s Club.

He has earned the des­ig­na­tions of As­so­ciate Bro­ker, ePRO (cer­ti­fied In­ter­net pro­fes­sional), Ac­cred­ited Buy­ers Rep­re­sen­ta­tive, Cer­ti­fied Fore­clo­sure and Short Sale Spe­cial­ist and Se­niors Real Es­tate Spe­cial­ist.

New as­so­ciate: James Her­ing re­cently joined Pru­den­tial Fox & Roach, Real­tors Spring House HMC as a sales as­so­ciate. Bruce Glendin­ning, man­ager of the of­fice, made the an­nounce­ment.

Her­ing was with We­ichert, Real­tors prior to join­ing Pru­den­tial Fox & Roach.

Li­censed since 2010, Her­ing has more than14 years in the mort­gage, res­i­den­tial lend­ing and real es­tate in­dus­try. He is a mem­ber of the Na­tional As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors, Penn­syl­va­nia As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors, and Bucks County As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors.

A grad­u­ate of Penn State Univer­sity with a bach­e­lor’s de­gree in mar­ket­ing, Her­ing is a res­i­dent of New­town and serves Bucks and Mont­gomery coun­ties.

Top pro­ducer: Chris Gi­u­bi­lato of Long & Fos­ter Real Es­tate Inc. was named a top pro­ducer for May. Gary Scott, pres­i­dent of Long & Fos­ter Real Es­tate, made the an­nounce­ment.

Gi­u­bi­lato is a life­long res­i­dent of the Main Line area and is a grad­u­ate of Car­di­nal O’Hara High School and Drexel Univer­sity, where she re­ceived a de­gree in mar­ket­ing and fi­nance. She is a mem­ber of Long & Fos­ter’s Ex­ec­u­tive’s Club and spe­cial­izes in the Main Line and Chester County mar­ket­place.

Gi­u­bi­lato has a strong back­ground in new homes mar­ket­ing as a re­sult of a life­long in­volve­ment in her fam­ily’s home­build­ing busi­ness, ac­cord­ing to Vice Pres­i­dent and Man­ager Janet Gor­den Ru­bino. She is knowl­edge­able in all as­pects of the build­ing process, and ex­cels in iden­ti­fy­ing the value within a home.

A res­i­dent of New­town Square, she is a mem­ber of the Subur­ban West Real­tors As­so­ci­a­tion.

A Vil­lanova Univer­sity grad­u­ate and more than15-year res­i­dent of the Main Line, Al­banese holds a Penn­syl­va­nia bro­ker’s li­cense and also sells real es­tate in New Jersey. Ad­di­tion­ally, she holds the Ac­cred­ited Buyer Rep­re­sen­ta­tive and Seller Rep­re­sen­ta­tive Spe­cial­ist des­ig­na­tions.

She is also a mem­ber of Long & Fos­ter’s Chair­man’s Club.

Al­banese is a con­sis­tent mul­ti­mil­lion­dol­lar pro­ducer and was the No. 1 pro­duc­ing in­di­vid­ual agent in the Devon of­fice for 2010.

Sale: Apt­cor Com­mer­cial, Real­tors of Lans­dale re­cently ne­go­ti­ated the sale of a 1,777-square-foot of­fice condo at 2100 N. Broad St., Lans­dale. The new owner, NPE LLC, is an en­dodon­tic prac­tice mov­ing to a larger suite on the first floor.

Alan Apt and Avi Co­hen of Apt­cor Com­mer­cial rep­re­sented the buy­ers. The seller was rep­re­sented by Reeves Miller of Pru­den­tial Key­stone Prop­er­ties.
