Brooks honored: Michael Brooks, a sales associate in the Devon office of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named a top producer for the office for June.

Vice President and Manager Janet Rubino praised Brooks as a consistent top producer. He also received the Entrepreneur Award in 2011 for his efforts in establishing the Long & Foster kiosk at the Court at King of Prussia Mall.
Brooks is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Suburban West Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Multi-Million Dollar Club, and a member of Long & Foster’s Director’s Club.
He has earned the designations of Associate Broker, ePRO (certified Internet professional), Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Foreclosure and Short Sale Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
New associate: James Hering recently joined Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors Spring House HMC as a sales associate. Bruce Glendinning, manager of the office, made the announcement.
Hering was with Weichert, Realtors prior to joining Prudential Fox & Roach.
Licensed since 2010, Hering has more than14 years in the mortgage, residential lending and real estate industry. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and Bucks County Association of Realtors.
A graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hering is a resident of Newtown and serves Bucks and Montgomery counties.

Giubilato is a lifelong resident of the Main Line area and is a graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School and Drexel University, where she received a degree in marketing and finance. She is a member of Long & Foster’s Executive’s Club and specializes in the Main Line and Chester County marketplace.
Giubilato has a strong background in new homes marketing as a result of a lifelong involvement in her family’s homebuilding business, according to Vice President and Manager Janet Gorden Rubino. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the building process, and excels in identifying the value within a home.
A resident of Newtown Square, she is a member of the Suburban West Realtors Association.
Top producer: Deanna Albanese, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc.’s Devon Office, was named a top producer for June. Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, made the announcement.
A Villanova University graduate and more than15-year resident of the Main Line, Albanese holds a Pennsylvania broker’s license and also sells real estate in New Jersey. Additionally, she holds the Accredited Buyer Representative and Seller Representative Specialist designations.
She is also a member of Long & Foster’s Chairman’s Club.
Albanese is a consistent multimilliondollar producer and was the No. 1 producing individual agent in the Devon office for 2010.
Sale: Aptcor Commercial, Realtors of Lansdale recently negotiated the sale of a 1,777-square-foot office condo at 2100 N. Broad St., Lansdale. The new owner, NPE LLC, is an endodontic practice moving to a larger suite on the first floor.
Alan Apt and Avi Cohen of Aptcor Commercial represented the buyers. The seller was represented by Reeves Miller of Prudential Keystone Properties.
