Tres­pass­ing … Charles Hay­wood, RR, of the unit block of North oidge Av­enue, was cited for tres­pass­ing af­ter po­lice re­sponded to a re­port an un­wanted per­son Aug. 24 at 4W4M p.m., po­lice said. Hay­wood was trans­ported to the sta­tion, where he was cited and re­leased af­ter be­ing ad­vised not to re­turn to the lo­ca­tion, po­lice said.

Ve­hi­cle theft … A res­i­dent of the 1MM block of cor­est Av­enue re­ported his 2MMU GjC vukon was stolen from his drive­way overnight Aug. 2P, po­lice said. The res­i­dent said the keys were pos­si­bly left in the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Gaye Hoffman, S4, of the unit block of South Bethlehem Pike, was cited for pub­lic drunk­en­ness at 2WPM p.m. Aug. 2P af­ter po­lice re­sponded to the in­ter­sec­tion of But­ler and Lin­den­wold av­enues for a re­port of an in­tox­i­cated sub­ject, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … aamian jor­ris, 2U, of the 2MM block of lak Street, was cited for pub­lic drunk­en­ness at 2WPR a.m. af­ter po­lice re­sponded to the 2MM block of North jain Street for a dis­tur­bance call, po­lice said. jor­ris was trans­ported to the po­lice depart­ment, where he was lodged un­til sober, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Charles Hay­wood, RR, of the unit block of North oidge Av­enue, was cited for dis­or­derly con­duct at 9W1P p.m. Aug. 21, af­ter po­lice re­sponded to a re­port of a sus­pi­cious per­son in a lot on Wal­nut Street, po­lice said.

Theft from ve­hi­cle … A res­i­dent of the 1MM block of jary Ambler Way re­ported two pieces of jew­elry were taken from his ve­hi­cle that was parked in his drive­way overnight Aug. 2M, po­lice said. There was no sign of forced en­try, po­lice said.

Theft from ve­hi­cle … Briyon Turner, 1U, of the 9MM block of But­ler Pike, was charged Aug. 11 with theft from a mo­tor ve­hi­cle af­ter he was caught search­ing through an un­se­cured ve­hi­cle in the park­ing lot of the Cal­vary rnited jethodist Church, 1S E. Park Ave., by the owner of the ve­hi­cle Aug. T, po­lice said. Turner was ar­rested af­ter the po­lice in­ves­ti­ga­tion, po­lice said. from one the ve­hi­cles, po­lice said.

As­sault … Wil­liam g. ju­rtha, 4R, of the 1UMM block of Eckard Av­enue, Abing­ton, was ar­rested Aug. 2R and charged with sim­ple as­sault, harass­ment, dis­or­derly con­duct, rob­bery, theft, driv­ing un­der the influence and driv­ing with a arf-sus­pended li­cense fol­low­ing a call of a dis­tur­bance at SWPR a.m. at the T-Eleven, 1T11 N. Limekiln Pike, po­lice said. ju­rtha was found walk­ing on aresh­er­town ooad and stopped and brought back to the T-Eleven, where he was iden­ti­fied as the per­son caus­ing the dis­tur­bance, po­lice said. Po­lice said he showed signs of in­tox­i­ca­tion and be­cause he ad­mit­ted to driv­ing prior to the dis­tur­bance, he was trans­ported to the rp­per jore­land Po­lice aepart­ment for a chem­i­cal breath test, which he re­fused, po­lice said.

Dis­tur­bance … A res­i­dent of the 9MM block of Tan­nerie oun ooad, Ambler, re­ported Aug. 2S that around 11W2M p.m. a dark sedan pulled up in front of the home and a male with long hair got out and swung a bat at the vic­tim’s mail­box, val­ued at ARM, po­lice said. The vic­tim ex­ited his home to speak with the male, who en­tered the pas­sen­ger side of the ve­hi­cle, which drove off to­ward goel arive, po­lice said.

Theft … A res­i­dent of the 9MM block of Susque­hanna ooad re­ported Aug. 22 that an un­known per­son took more than 2M pills from a con­tainer of Per­co­cet in the vic­tim’s hand­bag the day be­fore, po­lice said.

Bur­glary … A home in the 4MM block of Eller­slie Av­enue, Ambler, was bur­glar­ized be­tween T and 9WPM p.m. Aug. 1U and a jew­elry box with jew­elry and other mis­cel­la­neous items were taken from a bed­room, po­lice said. The front door, which had been left locked, was found ajar, but there were no signs of forced en­try, po­lice said.

Theft … Two un­locked ve­hi­cles in the drive­way of a home in the SMM block of Loch Alsh Av­enue were en­tered overnight Aug. 2T and a P2 GB iPod Touch, val­ued at A12R, was taken from one and a Len­ovo Thinkpad 1Rinch lap­top with dig­i­tal key fob, val­ued at ARMM, along with some work-re­lated pa­pers were taken from the other, po­lice said. The black lap­top bag was found on the pas­sen­ger side floor, po­lice said.

Ve­hi­cle en­tered … A ve­hi­cle parked in the drive­way of a home in the SMM block of Ar­gyle Av­enue, Ambler, was en­tered overnight Aug. 2S and the glove­box was gone through, but noth­ing ap­peared to be miss­ing, po­lice said. The owner thought the doors, which were found ajar, had been locked, but was un­sure, po­lice said.

Two injured … Beatrice Woods, 4S, of the unit block of North Street, Ambler, and a pas­sen­ger in her ve­hi­cle, Tete Woods, S2, of the same ad­dress, were slightly injured Aug. 24 in a two-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at PWRS p.m. at Bethlehem Pike and High­land Av­enue, po­lice said. Ni­cholas W. Book­binder, 22, of the 4MM block of Eller­slie Av­enue, Ambler, was north­bound on Bethlehem go­ing through the in­ter­sec­tion on a steady green ar­row when a ve­hi­cle south­bound on Bethlehem op­er­ated by geremy j. Co­hen, 2M, of the 1MM block of oose­mary Av­enue, Ambler, turned left onto High­land in his path and struck Book­binder’s ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. col­low­ing the im­pact, Co­hen’s ve­hi­cle struck Woods’ ve­hi­cle, which was stopped west­bound on High­land at Bethlehem, po­lice said.

Co­hen was cited for a left turn vi­o­la­tion, driv­ing with no in­sur­ance and oper­at­ing with a sus­pended li­cense, po­lice said.

Two injured … aonta g. Lewis, 1U, of the 19MM block of Coun­try Club arive, Hunt­ing­don sal­ley; and Heather j. sar­alli, 2T, of the 1TMM block of Whit­pain Hills, Blue Bell, were slightly injured Aug. 2P in a twove­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at 9W42 p.m. at jor­ris ooad and But­ler Pike, po­lice said. Lewis was stopped south­bound on jor­ris be­hind a ve­hi­cle at a red light and when the light turned green, the ve­hi­cle ahead went straight across But­ler and Lewis turned left onto But­ler, fail­ing to see sar­alli’s ve­hi­cle north­bound on jor­ris, and he was struck by her ve­hi­cle, po­lice said.

Man injured … Christo­pher P. ciore, 41, of the RMM block of Loch Alsh Av­enue, was slightly injured Aug. 2M in a one-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent on cort Wash­ing­ton Av­enue, po­lice said. ciore was east­bound on cort Wash­ing­ton at 9WMU a.m. and as he crossed over jeet­ing­house ooad his ve­hi­cle went off the road and flipped, po­lice said. ciore said he did not know how or why the ve­hi­cle flipped, po­lice said.
