An officer behind Giovinazzo’s vehi- cle smelled an odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle and pulled her over, police said. Giovinazzo admitted she and her passenger, Holman, were smoking marijuana in the vehicle and a small amount of suspected marijuana, a marijuana cigar and a grinder were found in the vehicle, police said.

Surveillance video showed gohnson take cash from the register and put it in her pocket that day, after which she never showed up for work, police said.
