So­lic­it­ing … Three mhiladel­phia men were cited for so­lic­it­ing with­out a per­mit af­ter they were found so­lic­it­ing busi­ness for an en­ergy com­pany in the 100 block of Lo­gan Av­enue, North Hills, at 2W13 p.m. Sept. 15, po­lice said. Ac­k­eem J. mat­ter­son, 20, of the 6200 block of Large Street, mhiladel­phia, the men’s su­per­vi­sor who had dropped them off in North Hills, was called to come pick them up, and a check showed he was driv­ing with a sus­pended li­cense and he will be cited by mail, po­lice said.

DUI pend­ing … Charges of driv­ing un­der the influence are pend­ing against Arse­nio Tome, 90, of the 7800 block of Roanoke Street, mhiladel- phia, fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop at 2W53 p.m. Sept. 14, po­lice said. An of­fi­cer con­duct­ing a speed pa­trol in a school zone on Fort tash­ing­ton Av­enue at Hawthorne Lane clocked Tome driv­ing at 40.8 mph in the school zone and pulled him over, po­lice said. A mBT showed the pres­ence of al­co­hol and Tome was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hospi­tal for a blood test and charges are pend­ing the re­sults, po­lice said.

DUI pend­ing … Charges of driv­ing un­der the LN­fluHNFH DUH SHNGLNJ against Robyn A. Farr, 50, of the 200 block of Roy Av­enue, Abing­ton, af­ter she was pulled over for reck­less driv­ing at 7W49 p.m. Sept. 13, po­lice said. Farr’s ve­hi­cle matched the de­scrip­tion of a re­port­edly reck­less driver at Fitzwa­ter­town and Susque­hanna roads and she was pulled over on Susque­hanna be­tween mine­town and Dillon roads, po­lice said. Farr showed signs of in­tox­i­ca­tion and she was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hospi­tal for a blood test and charges are pend­ing the re­sults, po­lice said.

Man injured … Jerry T. tein­hofer, 55, of the 1100 block of Har­row­gate tay, Ambler, was injured Sept. 13 in a two-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at telsh and Jar­ret­town roads, po­lice said. Bren­dan B. Fisher, 22, of the 600 block of Tall mines Lane, Hor­sham, was stopped at a red light east­bound on telsh at 7W18 p.m. when he thought his light turned green, though it was only the left-turn ar­row, and he be­gan to ac­cel­er­ate and struck the mo­tor­cy­cle in front of him op­er­ated by tein­hofer, knock­ing him off the bike and onto the road­way, po­lice said. tein­hofer was trans­ported by Ambler Am­bu­lance to Abing­ton Memo­rial Hospi­tal.
