Office leaders: Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors recently honored several sales associates from the Blue Bell office for being the office leaders for August.
The Linda Baron Team was recognized for volume and units.
Licensed since 2001, Baron holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Sales Representative and Accredited Sales Representative designations.
She is a recipient of the Top of the Rock Award and resides in Upper Gwynedd.
The Jane Douglass Team was recognized for listings. Douglass holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, Luxury Homes Specialist and sintage, Historic and Classic Properties Specialist designations. She is a 22-year real estate professional and a resident of Ambler.
McLain honored: Michelle McLain, a sales associate in the Devon office of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named top producer for her office for August.
A consistent multimillion-dollar sales producer, McLain is known as the “Realtor Gone Green.”
McLain has combined her two passions — real estate and trying to help save the environment.
She works to decrease her daily impact, lower her carbon footprint and market properties in an eco-friendly way.
McLain specializes in Philadelphia’s Main Line, but her reach extends throughout the fivecounty Philadelphia suburban area and beyond.
Belcher honored: Evelyn Belcher, a sales associate in the Fort Washington/ Upper Dublin office of Weichert, Real- tors, was recognized for her exceptional industry success during August. Larry Minsky, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, made the announcement.
Belcher led the region, which is composed of offices throughout the Main Line, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania, in resale revenue units.
Top producer: Linda Burgwin, a sales associate with the Devon office of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named top producer for August.
A consistent multimillion-dollar sales producer for more than 19 years, Burgwin, a resident of Paoli, represents buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Philadelphia
Toll recognized: Kevin Toll, a sales associate with the Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. Devon Office, was named top producer for August. Janet Gorden Rubino, vice president and manager of the Devon office, made the announcement.
An award-winning top producer, Toll specializes in Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties, the Main Line and the Greater Phila del phia/ Delaware salley area.
Although he specializes in residential resales, Toll is also a Real Estate Owned specialist, and, in addition, has experience in new homes marketing.
Toll is also licensed in New Jersey as a sales associate.
He is active in his community and serves as a wrestling coach at Harriton High School in Lower Merion Township. He also is a volunteer for the Blind Sports Organization.
