Travelers should plan to arrive a half-hour earlier than normal, airport officials say. RIGHT: The price tag for the canopies is $265 million, or $102.5 million more than originally projected.

The first section of a massive canopy project at HartsfieldJackson International Airport is now in place over the curbside and roadway next to the North domestic terminal. The project will cover both domestic fronts.
