Greenway seeks committee

Peachtree Creek Greenway is looking for volunteer committee members to help make the Peachtree Creek Greenway, a 12-mile stretch from the Atlanta Beltline to Doraville, a reality. The organization is especially looking for folks with board volunteer experience who live in the Atlanta, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Doraville or DeKalb communities in the vicinity of North Peachtree Creek for:

■ Community Affairs —Assisting with the coordination of our volunteer events and supporting our outreach to the communities in Atlanta, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Doraville and DeKalb communities.

■ Marketing/Communication — Helping communicate our mission to the public through the website, public relations and marketing collateral.

■ Grant Writing — Assisting with the grant-writing processes with local, state, regional or national opportunities to support our mission.
