4 men sought in robbery near MARTA station

Atlanta police are seeking to identify four men who allegedly robbed people at gunpoint who were walking home fromthe Oakland City MARTA station.

The incident happened about 10:50 p.m. May 31, Officer Jarius Daugherty said. Officers responded to 1400 Murphy Avenue, and the victims said four men ran up to them, produced a silver handgun and said, “Give it up.”

“The men took multiple items from the victims before running to the Oakland City MARTA station and boarding a train,” according to police.

Police obtained MARTA surveillan­ce of the men and released the footage Tuesday.

One man is seen wearing awhite tank top, black Nike shorts, white and black Nike shoes, a necklace and earrings. He has a low haircut.

Another is in a black shirt with writing on it and a red collar, dark pants and a bright book bag. His hair is in a bun.

A third man has on gray jeans, a white tank top, a necklace and white shoes. He has a tattoo on his left arm and wears short dreads.

The last manis seen wearing a white T-shirt, a blue hat, blue jeans and black Nike slides. He has awhite purse.
