Calling amateur photographers! Have you taken a great picture that you’d like to share with the world? One with action, great lighting and/or interesting subjects? E-mail it to communi Please no selfies, for-profit promotional pics, group shots or anything you wouldn’t want your grandma to see.

Becky Smith of Roswell sent this photo. “In Roswell, development has caused deer and other wildlife to lose their homes,” she wrote. “This deer is proudly standing his ground and refuses to be evicted. This particular spot was once a natural resource of lush, green meadows and fresh water springs, land ‘owned’ by the deer.”

Salpi Adrouny submitted this photo she called “A Perfect Summer Day in Alpharetta.” She wrote, “I was driving home from church on Sunday and noted the glory of the puffy clouds against a blue sky and lovely greenery on Webb Bridge Road — simple things we take for granted.”

Roberta and Clif Goslen submitted this photo of their cat Molly sitting on her favorite rock in their backyard.
