The Baltimore County Police Department reported the following activities: Essex Precinct
Robbery: At about 10:45 p.m. on Monday, May 23, two victims were approached by two unknown suspects while they were in front of the Dunkin Donuts store in the 8800 block of Pulaski Highway. One suspect displayed a handgun and stole cash, a cellphone and a wallet from one of the victims and then fled on foot.
Robbery: At about 9:10 p.m. on Monday, May 23, two unknown suspects approached a pizza delivery man in the 700 block of South Marlyn Avenue and pointed a handgun at him. The suspects assaulted the victim, destroyed his cellphone and stole cash belonging to the pizza shop.
Robbery: Between 1 and 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, while the victim was walking to his residence in the 4900 block of Hazelwood Avenue, he was approached by five suspects. One of the suspects punched the victim causing him to fall to the ground. While on the ground, the suspects removed the victim’s wallet containing a personal identity card and his cellphone.
Attempted first-degree burglary: Sometime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, an unknown suspect attempted to gain entry into the victim’s residence in the 800 block of Briar Hill Place by prying the lock assembly of the door knob. Entry was not gained.
First-degree burglary: Sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 2:34 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, an unknown suspect gained entry into a residence in the unit block of Quarts Garth by breaking the rear back window. The house was ransacked and a vehicle was stolen from the front driveway. Two sets of car keys, computers, jewelry and personal identity items were stolen. Parkville Precinct
Attempted robbery: At about 12:20 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, the victim was shopping at the Giant in the 7900 block of Belair Road when a suspect attempted to steal her purse from the shopping cart. A struggle ensued, the victim fled and was later arrested after attempting another purse theft.
Robbery: At about 12:36 p.m. on Friday, May 20, an unknown suspect entered an M&T Bank in the 8200 block of Harford Road and passed a robbery note to a teller. The suspect fled the scene after receiving an undetermined amount of cash. White Marsh Precinct
Robbery: At about 9:59 p.m. on Monday, May 23, while in a parking lot in the 4900 block of Hazelwood Avenue, two victims were robbed at gunpoint by three suspects. A cellphone was taken from one victim and a wallet with cash was taken from the other victim.
Robbery: At about 9:05 p.m. on Monday, May 23, the known suspect pushed the victim causing her to drop her phone in the 9100 block of Franklin Square Drive. The suspect picked up the phone and left. The suspect was later located and arrested.
First-degree burglary: Sometime between 6 a.m. and 4:50 p.m. on Friday, May 20, an unknown suspect(s) broke into a residence in the unit block of Emelia Woods Court through the kitchen window. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole cash, computers, electronic equipment and miscellaneous items.
Robbery: At about 7:20 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, two unknown suspects entered the Famous Footwear store in the 8600 block of Pulaski Highway. One of the suspects produced a handgun and demanded money from the register. Two cellphones were taken from the victims but were later recovered inside the store. The suspects fled after taking an undetermined amount of money.
Robbery: At about 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, two unknown suspects assaulted and verbally threatened the victim and demanded his property while in the 4900 block of Hazelwood Avenue. The victim was able to run away from the suspects and then called 911.
