Rosedale Car­ni­val and Fourth of July cel­e­bra­tions

The Rosedale Vol­un­teer Fire Com­pany held their yearly pa­rade and pre-In­de­pen­dence Day cel­e­bra­tion on Wed­nes­day, June 28. The fire­mens’ pa­rade fea­tured fire de­part­ments from all over the state, in­clud­ing the East­ern shore, Ce­cil County, Anne Arun­del County, Car­roll County, Howard County, and nat­u­rally, Bal­ti­more County. The pro­ces­sion started at Golden Ring Mid­dle School and pro­ceeded down Philadel­phia Rd to the Rosedale Fire sta­tion where it lead to the St. Cle­ment’s Church Car­ni­val. Pro­ceeds from the car­ni­val and pa­rade ben­e­fit the Rosedale Vol­un­teer Fire Com­pany and the St. Cle­ment Par­ish.


Dancers per­formed for the crowds along the route of the an­nual Rosedale Vol­un­teer Fire Com­pany pa­rade.


Kim’s Krypt creeped out pa­rade-go­ers.

The White Marsh Vol­un­teer Fire Com­pany Honor Guard pre­sented the flag.

March­ing bands were a high­light of this year’s Rosedale Vol­un­teer Fire Com­pany pa­rade.

The Here­ford Vol­un­teer Fire Com­pany trav­eled to par­tic­i­pate in the Rosedale pa­rade.

Pa­rade spec­ta­tors stood as the col­ors passed.
