No shot. No record. No school! Be sure your child’s shots are up-to-date be­fore school starts. Make an ap­point­ment with your pri­mary care provider right away OR start ad­min­is­ter­ing vac­cines early. Bring your child to a Bal­ti­more County health cen­ter in your area to get needed shots. Even if your child has in­sur­ance, he or she can still be seen at one of our clin­ics. See sched­ule of dates and lo­ca­tions be­low:

Did you know?

• Chil­dren go­ing to Kinder­garten, 1st, 2nd and 3 rd grade will need two doses of vari­cella vaccine (Chicken Pox) • Chil­dren go­ing to the 7th, 8th , 9th and 10th grade need a sin­gle dose of Tdap vaccine (whoop­ing cough) and a Meningo­coc­cal vaccine (Menin­gi­tis)

Free vaccine is avail­able for those who:

• Have Med­i­cal As­sis­tance or MCHP • Have no health in­sur­ance • Have health in­sur­ance that does not

pay for vaccine • Are 18 years old or younger If your child has not re­ceived the nec­es­sary im­mu­niza­tions by Septem­ber 25, he or she will be ex­cluded from school! Walk-ins for school im­mu­niza­tions will be ac­cepted at all seven health cen­ters from 9 AM to 4 PM from Au­gust 28 un­til Septem­ber 28. For more in­for­ma­tion, call 410-887-2705.
