Parkville American Legion Auxiliary Unit #183 makes a difference
In honor of “Make A Difference Day” on Saturday, October 27, 2018, The Parkville American Legion Auxiliary Unit #183 prepared and delivered craft baskets for The Loch Raven Genesis Care Center. They also made cookies for the Baltimore County Police Department Precinct #8 and The Baltimore County Fire Department Putty Hill Avenue Station. They also distributed blankets to the Family Crisis Center in Towson. “Make A Difference Day” is the largest national day to help others, a National Day of doing good deeds. The Parkville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Unit # 183 and auxiliary units in the state of Maryland and Units in the entire United States participate in this scheduled day of doing something nice for a special person, group or place. The Ladies of the Parkville Unit # 183 want to let you know they appreciate all you do for the community.
