NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL BONDS
$10,000,000 (Preliminary, subject to change) YOUNTVILLE FINANCE AUTHORITY (Napa County, California) Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 53692 of the California Government Code, that electronic and fax bid proposals will be received by representatives of the Yountville Finance Authority (the “Authority”), on
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2017
on the Columbia Capital Auction website (http://www.ColumbiaCapitalAuction.com) until 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Daylight time), for the purchase of $10,000,000 (preliminary, subject to change) aggregate principal amount of Yountville Finance Authority (Napa County, California) Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds will be dated as of their date of delivery and will be payable as to interest from their date at the rate or rates to be fixed upon the sale thereof. The Authority has caused to be prepared an Official Notice of Sale and a Preliminary Official Statement for the Bonds.
The Official Notice of Sale and the Preliminary Official Statement are available for (i) viewing online, (ii) downloading, at http://www.ColumbiaCapitalAuction.com, and/or (iii) receipt of hard copy by contacting the Authority’s Municipal Advisor, Columbia Capital Management, LLC (the “Municipal Advisor”), 6330 Lamar, Suite 200, Overland Park, Kansas 66202, Attention: Jeff White, (913) 312-8077.
