Charlie Zahm to play the State Theatre

Celtic music star to perform in early March

Charlie Zahm, the legendary performer of Celtic music, will perform at the State Theatre on Fri. March 3 at 7 p.m. Tickets will be $10.

Charlie Zahm is one of the most popular soloists at Celtic music festivals, Maritime, and American Traditiona­l music events anywhere east of the Mississipp­i. He has a baritone voice some have described as “coming along once in a generation.” Charlie will be joined by exceptiona­l fiddler Tad Marks formerly of the Del McCoury Band.
