$14.5 mil­lion pa­tio home project gets fi­nal OK

Natale Builders’ pro­posal to con­struct 30 pa­tio homes in a new sub­di­vi­sion at Roll and Ne­w­house roads in Clarence has re­ceived the fi­nal ap­provals it needs from town of­fi­cials.

The town Planning Board unan­i­mously ap­proved the de­vel­op­ment plan for the project at last week’s meet­ing, said James B. Cal­la­han, Clarence’s di­rec­tor of com­mu­nity de­vel­op­ment.That came af­ter Natale of­fi­cials met with neigh­bors on Roll Road to ad­dress con­cerns about buffer­ing and sewer con­nec­tions.

Natale still has to get build­ing per­mits be­fore start­ing con­struc­tion.

Natale plans to build 30 pa­tio homes with con­do­minium sta­tus on 22 acres of va­cant land on Roll Road, just to the east of Tran­sit Road. The project, in­clud­ing land ac­qui­si­tion and in­fra­struc­ture, has an es­ti­mated cost of $14.5 mil­lion.
