City delays start of winter parking rules on bus routes
Winter parking rules on bus routes in Buffalo won’t go into effect at least until Nov. 22, the city announced Tuesday.
The regulations were slated to go into effect at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, but are being delayed based on weather forecasts, a city spokesman said.
Winter parking restrictions on bus routes are in effect from 1:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. until April 1.
The enforcement of winter parking rules has been delayed until Nov. 22 in the Town of Tonawanda and until Dec. 1 in the Town of Cheektowaga and the Village of Kenmore.
They go into effect today in Depew and West Seneca.
Winter parking rules went into effect Nov. 1 in Amherst, the Town of Hamburg and the Village of Hamburg. They’re also already in effect in the City of Tonawanda.
