Priscilla Lynnette Oliver Penson, 61, LaFayette
Priscilla Lynnette Oliver Penson, of LaFayette, Ga., left her troubles and sorrow behind Saturday, May 13, 2017 and went home to be with the Lord. She was 61.
She was a member of Life Gate Church.
Priscilla was a loving mother and friend to all.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Willard Oliver and Katherine Samples Oliver; sister, Janice Oliver; brothers, Carl Oliver, Victor Oliver and Ted Williams.
Survivors include: her husband, Jerry Penson; daughters, Jackie Lynn Owen of Rome, and Heather Nicole Penson of Trion; sons, Phillip E. (Emma) Owen of Chickamauga and Terry Allen (Jennifer West) Owen of East Ridge; grandchildren, Christopher Glover, Sarah Glover, Sean Glover, Erica Owen, Cody Owen and two more grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Aurora Glover and Owen Glover; sisters, Sheila (Donald) Barnes and Linda (Wayne) Moore all of LaFayette; brother, Darrell Oliver of Flintstone; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: at the funeral home Monday from 6 p.m.-9 p.m.
Funeral service: Tuesday, May 16 at 12 p.m. in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Minister Marshall Kellett officiating.
Burial: in Naomi Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Phillip Owen, Terry Owen, Cody Owen, Donald Barnes, Danny West and Mark West.
