Jaylin Domonique Craig, 19 of Char­lotte, passed away on Novem­ber 5, 2018. Fu­neral ser­vice will be held at 1: 00 p. m. on Satur­day, Novem­ber 10, 2018 at Macedonia Bap­tist Church. Visi­ta­tion from 12 noon un­til 1: 00 p. m. Burial will fol­low at Beat­ties Ford Me­mo­rial Gar­den. Grier Fu­neral Ser­vice, 115 John McCar­roll Av­enue is in charge of ar­range­ments. Ron Eddy, 82, of Char­lotte, NC, passed away Tues­day, the 6th of Novem­ber 2018 at No­vant Health - Main sur­rounded by his fam­ily. He was born the 21st of Oc­to­ber 1936, the old­est of two sons to the late William Eu­gene Eddy and Lu­cille Goff Eddy. He was proud to serve in The United States Navy and re­tired from the Naval Re­serve as Cap­tain. Ron had worked in sales with the DuPont Co. be­fore his re­tire­ment and most re­cently was ac­tive in prop­erty man­age­ment. He was a mem­ber of The Epis­co­pal Church of the Holy Com­forter. The Eddy fam­ily will greet friends from 2: 00 PM un­til 4: 00 PM, Sun­day, the 11th of Novem­ber 2018 at Elling­ton Fu­neral Ser­vices, 727 E. Morehead St. Char­lotte, NC. The Fu­neral ser­vice will be held 10: 00 AM, Mon­day, the 12th of Novem­ber 2018 at The Epis­co­pal Church of the Holy Com­forter, 2701 Park Rd., Char­lotte, NC. Burial will mil­i­tary honors will fol­low in For­est Lawn East Ceme­tery. Ron is sur­vived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Lynda Eddy; his three sons: Ron Eddy, Jr. and wife, Ka­rina; Bill Eddy and wife, Angie and Steven Eddy; three grand­chil­dren: Chiara Parthe and hus­band, Jared, Emily Eddy and Joshua Eddy all of Char­lotte, NC.
