Paulette J. Tresilus

Paulette J. Tresilus, 62, of Edwardsville, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, in Wilkes-barre General Hospital.
She was born in Port-auprince, Haiti, and was the daughter of Waty Joinville and Iclenie Antoine.
Back in Haiti, she was a nurse when she moved to the United States in 2000. In the U.S., she worked at Liberty Place for 10 years. She was a member of Shekinah Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was loved by many.
Paulette was a spiritual woman and involved in many church activities, including deaconess, choir member, and director of Social Services. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Joceline Joinvile and Myrlande Siverne, and brother, Roland Joinville.
Surviving are her husband, Ismael Tresilus; daughter, Rachelle; sons, Jean David Emmanuel, Jean Nathanael and Woodmeal; stepsons, Isaac and Daniel; grandchildren, Emmanuel, Neaj, Dania, Gael, Malachi, Micah and Isaiah; brothers, Jean Monvil Civil and Arthur Joinville; sisters, Illomene, Leyenne, Ephese, and Josiane, Lilliame Laporte; cousins, Jean Claude Lapore, Lesly, Erns and Naomie and Meriame; nieces, Elizabeth, Naomie, Josette, Johane, Ann Samuel, Amos, and Eli; nieces, Clenie Rain Civil and Sharon Civil.
Funeral services will be held at noon Friday from Harold C. Snowdon Home for Funerals Inc., 420 Wyoming Ave., Kingston. Interment will follow in Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
