Cav­al­cade of Bands at PWHS

The Ply­mouth Whitemarsh High School March­ing Colo­nials held their an­nual Cav­al­cade of Bands Oct. 6 from 6 to 10:30 p.m. the high school sta­dium.

The pres­ti­gious event fea­tured 11 lo­cal march­ing bands — Arch­bishop Ryan, Ben­salem, Chel­tenham, Egg Har­bor, Methac­ton, Penn Wood, Perkiomen Val­ley, Ri­d­ley, Up­per Darby, Up­per Dublin and Wis­sahickon — com­pet­ing. Mean­while, the PW March­ing Colo­nials per­formed an ex­hi­bi­tion set of songs be­fore the ex­cited home au­di­ence.

The Ply­mouth-Whitemarsh march­ing band and flag unit en­ter­tain the home crowd.

The Up­per Darby flag unit puts on a col­or­ful dis­play to ac­com­pany the band.

The Egg Har­bor High School band per­forms.
