5 Star agents: Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors recently announced several Spring House Home Marketing Center sales associates were named 2013 Five Star real estate agents for overall satisfaction by consumers. Those recognized were: Donna Brun, Laurie Condello and Ken Krauter.
Listed in the September 2013 issue of Philadelphia Magazine, the award is the result of votes submitted by consumers and reviewed by a blue ribbon panel of HxSHUWV WR fiNG UHDO estate agents in the Philadelphia area who scored highest in overall satisfaction.
Top producer: Lucy Arnold, a sales associate in the DevRN RIfiFH RI LRNJ & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named Top 3URGUFHU RI KHU RIfiFH for September 2013.
Janet Gorden Rubino, vice president and manager of the Devon office, made the announcement.
Arnold was also named the Top Producing Agent for New Construction for 2012.
Working primarily in the Delaware Valley area, in and around Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties, Arnold has been a consistent top producer.
She began her career in the re-sale home market and quickly gravitated to new homes marketing, representing several builders in
CONDELLO the area.
She currently represents the homes developed by Sukonik Building Co., and their two new developments, Oak Creek in Royersford and Brookside Estates in Lower Pottsgrove.
She is also a member of Long & Foster’s President’s Club.
Arnold and her husband Ray, also a sales agent for Long & Foster, reside in Montgomery County.
Bevivino honored: Vincent A. Bevivino, a real estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, recently earned membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.
A real estate professional for more than 30 years, Bevivino is a graduate of Penn State University and is an instructor of real estate at Montgomery County Community College. Bevivino is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and is a Certified Residential Home Specialist.
New associate: Nicole Carbo recently joined Zuber Realty as a sales associate in the Red Hill office.
While raising her children, pursuing her license, and working for a small real estate firm following her job as coordinator for a fullservice construction firm, she researched available properties and returned to the area, purchasing a home.
