Albanese recognized: Deanna Albanese, an associate broker with the Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. Devon Office, was named top producer for June 2014. Janet Rubino, vice president and manager of the Devon office, made the announcement.
Albanese holds a Pennsylvania broker’s license and also sells real estate in New Jersey. She is a member of Long & Foster’s prestigious Hall of Fame and a member of Long & Foster’s Chairman’s Club. Additionally, she holds the Accredited Buyer Representative and Seller Representative Specialist designations.
Albanese was also named a Five-Star Real Estate Agent again for 2014. She is a Villanova University graduate with an understanding of the greater Philadelphia markets.
She is consistently a multimillion-dollar producer and has been a monthly top producer for the Devon office on many occasions.
New agent: Lauren Powell recently joined the Keller Williams Real Estate Blue BellLafayette Hill Market Center as a sales associate to work with her father, Mike Powell.
In addition to working with her father, she entered the real estate industry to build a foundation for a career.
A resident of Oreland, she is also a full-time internal sales manager.
Norton honored: Garrett Norton, a sales associate with the Devon office of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named
POWELL top producer for July 2014.
Vice President and manager of the office Janet Rubino made the announcement.
A real estate professional for 10 years, Norton is a graduate of Cheltenham High School. He attended the University of Maryland-College Park and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and public relations.
Norton has specialized in the REO (real estate owned) aspect of real estate for five years, helping banks and asset managers value their assets and help sell and evaluate several pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, and bank owned properties. Prior to his real estate sales career, Norton worked in other aspects of the real estate industry as a title insurance agent and as a mortgage loan officer.
He also was employed by The Philadelphia Eagles football team selling seat licenses and premium seating at Lincoln Financial Field. He currently resides in King of Prussia.
