Fee hikes could threaten parks

The Columbus Dispatch - - Letters To The Editor -

Regarding the Nov. 5 Dispatch article “Proposed fee increase at national parks criticized,” I suspect an ulterior motive. When park fees go up and as a result, attendance goes down, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke will have a “reason” to start leasing federal lands for grazing and selling off pieces for mining, drilling and coal extraction because said increase didn’t bring in enough money.

Soon we won’t be able to see the forest or the trees.
