The Pickering Firm added employees into its fold recently. In the Memphis office, Kathryn Iklé is now a marketing specialist; Nathaniel Wilson, is a civil intern, and John Hudson ,a University of Memphis engineering student, is a summer intern. Hunter Stovall isa transportation engineer intern in the Flowood, Mississippi, office. Crye-Leike announced that Vanessa Boyd of Olive Branch joined its Germantown-Forest Hill Irene branch office.
Lorri Harris, Mark Russell and Stephanie Michael joined Unity Hospice Care. Harris is the new director of nursing for the Olive Branch office, and in New Albany, Mississippi, Russell is an account executive and Michael is the office coordinator. Unity Hospice Care, headquartered in Germantown, serves West Tennessee, North Mississippi and Eastern Arkansas.
Six Crye-Leike sales associates have been inducted into the firm’s Circle of Excellence. Inducted and named as honorary vice presidents were Bill Caller of the Commercial branch office, Nate Mitchell of the Midtown branch office, Doug Damico and Melissa Wilbanks of the Forest Hill branch office, Jane Riggen of the Atoka, Tennessee, branch office, and Trey Hogue of
the Cordova branch office.
George T. “Buck” Lewis of the law firm Baker Donelson received the William Reece Smith Jr. Special Services to Pro Bono Award from the National Association of Pro Bono Professionals. The honor is presented to an individual who has made outstanding commitments to and positive impacts on the institutions or systems of providing pro bono legal services. Lewis was recognized for his work chairing the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service project, “ABAFreeLegalAnswers. org,” the country’s first national online pro bono website.
