Parent Involvement Night a resounding success

The rain didn’t stop families from coming out to Schwenksville Elementary’s Welcome Back Picnic and Parent Involvement Night and enjoying their “picnic dinner” and visiting the informational stations set up in the gym. More than 70 families stopped by to learn about the district’s new math curriculum, Math In Focus. Other stations included how to help your child with homework, literacy at home, the Home and School, and a special book share table for children to select a book or two to take home. — Submitted by Schwenksville Elementary School
