On May 26, officers from Lower Pottsgrove Police Department responded to the area of 1701 Walnut Ridge Estates, for the report of a vehicle that struck a tree. Upon arriving, Officer Scott Bond observed blue Toyota Rav4 driving away from the area. Officer Bond was flagged down by a driver, who stated that the vehicle involved just drove away.
Officer Bond, located the vehicle and the driver identified, Kimberly Beth Beck, 42, who was walking away from the vehicle. Bond instructed her to stop and return to the vehicle.
