St. Aloy­sius cel­e­brates new year with Mass

Stu­dents at St. Aloy­sius Par­ish School ended their first few days of school with Mass. On Sept. 7, stu­dents were taken by bus from the school cam­pus in Lower Potts­grove to the church on Beech Street. Dur­ing Mass, new stu­dents and teach­ers were wel­comed with new T-shirts that read “St. Aloy­sius, how do you feel?” on the front and “We feel great on the back.” Ad­di­tional shirts were handed out to the rest of the school, and stu­dents were en­cour­aged to wear them dur­ing the Mass.

St. Aloy­sius Par­ish on Beech Street in Pottstown wel­comed stu­dents and parish­ioners to a Fri­day Mass cel­e­brat­ing the start of the school year.

Stu­dents took turns singing dur­ing Mass at St. Aloy­sius on Beech Street Fri­day. The Mass cel­e­brated the be­gin­ning of their school year.
