Heav­enly Dance Steps Open House

Heav­enly Dance Steps, 1191 Usher St., will hold an open house from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Come tour the stu­dio and meet the staff.

New­born Opry Gospel

The New­born Opry Gospel will be­gin at 6 p.m. at the New­born School and fea­ture Ed­die Wal­lace of the Sun­shine Boys, Wit­ness Quar­tet, Mid­night Praise, Tim Part­low Fam­ily and Tommy For­rester. There is no charge, but a $3 to $5 do­na­tion per per­son is re­quested.

Goody’s An­nual Kid’s Fest

Goody’s will have snacks and face paint­ing. Cus­tomers will re­ceive a free graf­fiti-print knap­sack with a pur­chase from the kids’ de­part­ment, and ev­ery­one is wel­come to free stick­ers and book cov­ers. Cus­tomers may reg­is­ter to win a bat­tery-op­er­ated, ride-on John Deer toy trac­tor and en­ter the De­sign Your Own T-shirt con­test open to kids up to 12 years of age.

Corinth Mis­sion­ary Bap­tist Singing

Corinth Mis­sion­ary Bap­tist Church, 813 South Chero­kee Road, So­cial Cir­cle, will host gospel record­ing artists, the award-win­ning Can­ton Spir­i­tu­als of Can­ton, Miss., at 6 p.m. Also per­form­ing are the Gospel Leg­ends of Hartford, S.C., and the Elder Fam­ily of Athens.
