Funeral ser­vices were held at 10 a. m. Aug. 28 in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with the Rev. Lyn­don Collings of­fi­ci­at­ing. In­ter­ment will fol­low at Sardis Church Ceme­tery. She was a de­voted mother, grand­mother and great­grand­mother. She is pre­ceded in death by grand­chil­dren Jimmy Beitzel and Heather Smith and brother Colin Smith.

Sur­viv­ing are hus­band Robert Ray Smith Sr.; daugh­ters and sons- in- law Sharon and Frank Hor­vath of Oldsmar, Fla;, Robin and Keith Buck­ner of Cov­ing­ton; sons and daugh­ter- in­law Robert Ray Jr. and Theresa Smith, David Smith, all of Cov­ing­ton; grand­chil­dren Jen­nifer Mosberg, Douglas Buck­ner, Matthew Buck­ner, David Smith, Catherine Jane Smith, Jes­sica Jack­son; great- grand­chil­dren Savannah Mosberg, Tris­ten Mosberg, Isiah Smith; brothers and sis­ter- in- law Robin and Susan Smith, David Smith, all of Eng­land.

The fam­ily of Mrs. Smith will hold a private me­mo­rial ser­vice at a later date.
