Portrait of a cheerleader
Newton varsity cheer captains
They are on the sidelines at every big game, wearing brightly colored ribbons and beaming smiles. At halftime they keep the crowd pumped by climbing on top of each other and soaring into the air.
They are cheerleaders, and their school spirit is essential to every sport on the court and especially on the field.
