Zil­lah Morgan Sosby

Mrs. Zil­lah Morgan Sosby, 77, of Cony­ers died Nov. 11. The daugh­ter of the late Hiniard and Ina Bell Pick­ett, she was born in 1929 in Ful­ton County. She was known through­out the com­mu­nity as “ one of those Pick­ett girls.” Mrs. Sosby was re­tired from Cov­ing­ton Mould­ing where she worked as an as­sem­bly op­er­a­tor. She en­joyed danc­ing at the VFW and play­ing bingo at the nurs­ing home. She es­pe­cially loved flow­ers, es­pe­cially roses, and spend­ing time with fam­ily and friends. Mrs. Sosby was pre­ceded in death by par­ents, three brothers and two sis­ters.

Sur­viv­ing are sons and daugh­ters- in- law Den­nis H. and Betsy Morgan of Ox­ford, Joe and Wan­dra Morgan of So­cial Cir­cle, Ruben and Diane Morgan of Cov­ing­ton; daugh­ters and sons- in- law Canady and Phillip Free­man of Ox­ford, Melissa and Donny Wy­att of Cov­ing­ton; grand­chil­dren Shelley Parker, Linn Masters, Brit­tney Peek, Shan­non Daniel, An­gela and Chad Dal­ton, Dusty Morgan, Tracy and Joey Rodgers, Shane and Niki Wad­dle­ton, R. J.
