Funeral ser­vices were held at 1 p.m. Nov. 20 at Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, Mansfield, with the Rev. Ben­jamin Franklin of­fi­ci­at­ing. In­ter­ment fol­lowed at Spring­field Me­mo­rial Gar­dens, New­born. grand­son Justin T. Jones of Jupiter, Fla.; sis­ters Geral­dine Elling­ton of Ox­ford, An­nie Lois Bliss of Wheel­ing, W.Va.; nu­mer­ous nieces and neph­ews.

Funeral ser­vices will be held at 11 a.m. Satur­day, Nov. 24, in the chapel of Cald­well & Cowan, 1215 Ac­cess Road, with Dr. Al My­ers of­fi­ci­at­ing. In­ter­ment will fol­low at Lawn­wood Me­mo­rial Park. The fam­ily will re­ceive friends at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to­day, Nov. 23. Flow­ers are ac­cepted or do­na­tions may be made to Cony­ers Pres­by­te­rian Church Build­ing Fund, 911 Main St., Cony­ers 30012. School, Madi­son. He mar­ried Ms. Gussie Mae Hill in 1929. Mr. Wil­liams joined Knox Chapel Mis­sion­ary Bap­tist Church in 1952 and was or­dained as a dea­con in 1955. He served as chair­man of the dea­cons for 21 years and was a mem­ber of the Male Choir. Mr. Wil­liams was pre­ceded in death by his wife and son Mr. Fred­die Wil­liams Jr.

Sur­viv­ing are chil­dren Mr. and Mrs. Al­bert (Ruby Nell) Jack­son, Mr. Roy L. Wil­liams, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wil­liams, Mr. Thelma Wil­liams, the Rev. and Mrs. Joseph Wil­liams and Mr. and Mrs. Ted Wil­liams; sis­ter Mrs. Josephine Wil­liams; 20 grand­chil­dren; 28 great-grand­chil­dren; a host of nieces, neph­ews, other rel­a­tives and friends.

Funeral ser­vices were held at noon Nov. 17 at Knox Chapel Bap­tist Church, So­cial Cir­cle, with the Rev. Joseph Wil­liams of­fi­ci­at­ing. In­ter­ment fol­lowed at Union Spring Ceme­tery, Rut­ledge.
