Adam Scar­bor­ough

Adam Scar­bor­ough, 20, of Cov­ing­ton, a 2006 grad­u­ate of East­side High School, died Feb. 7. A mem­ber of Cen­tral Com­mu­nity Church, he was em­ployed by Ad­van­tage Sprin­kler Com­pany in Du­luth and en­joyed hunt­ing and fish­ing.

Sur­viv­ing are his mother and step- fa­ther, Lora and Alan Maxwell of Cov­ing­ton; fa­ther and step- mother, Chris and Mary Scar­bor­ough of New­born; fi­ancée, Katie Darby of Cov­ing­ton; sis­ters, Erica Scar­bor­ough of Cony­ers, Amanda Brewer and Pa­tri­cia Maxwell, both of Athens, El­iz­a­beth Becknell of Cov­ing­ton; brothers, Brad Holmes of At­lanta, Tony Maxwell of McDonough, Ron­nie Becknell of New­born; grand­par­ents, Lil­lian and William Holmes of Wal­nut Grove, Pat and Melvin Scar­bor­ough of Cov­ing­ton; nieces, Lily Scar­bor­ough and Thilia Becknell.

Funeral ser­vices for Mr. Scar­bor­ough will be held at 11 a. m. Mon­day, Feb. 11, at the Chapel of Cald­well and Cowan with the Rev. Dar­rell Allen of­fi­ci­at­ing. In­ter­ment will fol­low at Lawn­wood Me­mo­rial Park.
