Frankie James Bridges

Frankie James Bridges, 37, of Cov­ing­ton, died Feb. 18. The son of the late Jesse James and Cora Lee Pin­son Bridges, he worked as a framer in the con­struc­tion busi­ness. Mr. Bridges at­tended gospel Mis­sion Church and en­joyed fish­ing, hunt­ing, rac­ing and wrestling.

Sur­viv­ing are fi­ancée Brandy Michelle Milligan of Cov­ing­ton; daugh­ters Brit­ney Ni­cole Bridges of Cov­ing­ton, Chelsea Bridges and An­gel Bridges of Dou­glasville; step-daugh­ter Keely LeAnn Milligan of Cov­ing­ton; sons Bran­don Lee Bridges of Dou­glasville; step-sons Ja­cob Milligan of Cov­ing­ton, Terry San­ders of Por­terdale; sis­ters and brothers-in-law Pa­tri­cia Diane and Earl Lashey, Clara and Johnny Mal­com, all of Mon­roe, Len­dia and Tony Her­ring of Por­terdale, Frances Bridges of Rock Spring; brother and sis­ter-in­law Char­lie James and Marie Bridges of Por­terdale, Bobby Bridges of Rock Spring; sev­eral nieces and neph­ews.

Grave side ser­vices were held Feb. 21 in Lawn­wood Me­mo­rial Park with Brother Ken­neth Mor­rell and Brother Colum­bus Bridges of­fi­ci­at­ing.
