Promising the “ best home cooking around” Fuller and her mother make all of their biscuits from scratch with an old family recipe every morning. The Biscuit Factory’s biscuits are currently carried at The Big Easy in Covington on Washington Street, at the Shell gas station next to Happy J’s also on Washington Street and at the Chevron Gas Station on Emory Street. Fuller said she envisions distributing her breakfast sandwiches to even more convenience stores in the future.

Fuller said her biscuits are distributed to convenience stores between 5: 30 a. m. and 6: 30 a. m. Free delivery is offered on orders of 10 or more biscuits.
