Ge­or­gia Wrath crowned cham­pi­ons af­ter win­ning sec­ond straight base­ball tour­ney

MON­ROE — The Ge­or­gia Wrath, a travel base­ball team hail­ing from So­cial Cir­cle, was crowned the first place cham­pion of the Spring Bash Tour­na­ment over the week­end at Criswell Park.

De­spite fac­ing tough com­pe­ti­tion and bat­tling through dif­fi­cult chal­lenges dur­ing the en­tire tour­na­ment, the lo­cal base­ball play­ers were vic­to­ri­ous in the cham­pi­onship game finale on Sun­day af­ter­noon, 9-3.

As a re­sult, it was the sec­ond con­sec­u­tive tour­na­ment
