Public comment requested on revocation of licenses for habitual violators
SOCIAL CIRCLE — The Wildlife Resources Division is directing a public involvement process for drafting formal Department of Natural Resources policy regarding revocations of hunting and fishing licenses held by people who have multiple and intentional or particularly flagrant violations of game and fish regulations.
This could include repeated violations for trespassing to hunt or fish, killing game out of season, taking over the bag limit, or night hunting for deer.
