In conveying the Ross L. Oliver Award, 2008 NGWA President Scott Fowler said Holder is “an extraordinary man who has contributed to the ground water industry in extraordinary ways.”
“Bob Holder has been a leader at every level of our industry, sacrificing time and money to do so. We have all benefitted from his devotion to the ground water industry and the professionals who serve it,” said Fowler, a certified well driller/pump installer. “I can think of no one more deserving of this award.”
