No san­i­tizer in three-com­part­ment sink, tea spout dirty, eggs sit­ting out of tem­per­a­ture (no time doc­u­ments), wet wash­ing cloths sit­ting out, no em­ployee hand wash­ing sign in men’s bath, stack­ing uten­sils wet for stor­age, em­ployee cook­ing then scrap­ing grill top then touch­ing un­cooked sausage (need to use gloves prop­erly with dif­fer­ent cook­ing tasks), freezer door not seal­ing prop­erly, dirty splash-up area near au­to­matic ice dis­penser, dirty-splash up area above ketchup on prep cart.

Sonic: 8225 U.S. High­way 278, Oct. 7. 74. Man­ager han­dled sliced cheese without gloves, bro­ken lid for slush con­tainer, san­i­tizer bucket next to food items, wet wip­ing cloths out, most re­cent in­spec­tion re­port not posted, scoop with han­dle in smoothis mix, uten­sils stored wet above three- com­part­ment sink, lid on ice ma­chine cracked and seal torn, spray wand be­low rim of sink (need to keep wa­ter 2 inches above rim), warm­ing draw­ers gas­kets bro­ken, air vent over prep area is dirty, cove mold­ing bro­ken/cracked be­hind milk shake ma­chine.

Did not ob­serve em­ploy­ees wash hands at any point dur­ing in­spec­tion, eggs stored above let­tuce, no sign for clean dishes upon re­turn to buf­fet, can opener dirty, no san­i­tizer so­lu­tion in three-com­part­ment sink or san­i­tizer buck­ets, food not held at proper tem­per­a­ture on buf­fet, hand san­i­tizer next to food item, im­proper thaw­ing of scal­lops, no dig­i­tal ther­mome­ter, wet wip­ing cloths on counter, oil stored on floor (keep all food 6 inches off floor), uten­sils stored wet, cof­fee stir­rers not wrapped sep­a­rately, no test strips for san­i­tizer.
