Mary Ann Cox
Mary Ann Cox, 78, of Covington, passed away March 15. Mrs. Cox loved reading, sewing, traveling and working with her roses in her garden. She loved music, and especially enjoyed playing the piano.
She was preceded in death by her parents Homer Eugene and Shirley Josephine (Reynolds) Mayfield.
Survivors include her husband Robert “Bobby” Cox of Covington; daughter and son-in-law Laurie and John Hines of Oxford; son and daughter-in-law Duane and Barbara Cox of Covington; daughter and son-in-law Beth and David Dozier of Canton; grandchildren Renee Cox, Matthew Hines, Nathan Hines, Jordan Johnson, Mason Dozier; greatgrandson Luke Hines.
A memorial service for Mrs. Cox will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 18, at Conyers Church of Christ, 1410 Flat Shoals Road SE, in Conyers.

Bill Rutledge, 40, of Mansfield, passed away March 14.
Bill and his wife Leigh are owners and operators of Rutledge Air Services Inc. He is loved, and will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Bill was preceded in death by his father J.W. Rutledge.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Leigh Rutledge; sons William and River Rutledge and daughter Nancy Rut- ledge, all of Mansfield; mother Becky Rutledge; sister and brother-in-law Kim and Jerry Elmore; grandparents WK and Mary Lunsford, all of Covington; several aunts and uncles; two nieces and one nephew.
Funeral services for Bill will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 18, at Covington First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Douglas Gilreath, the Rev. Jan Mccoy and the Rev. Brad Rutledge officiating, and interment following in Covington City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, from 5 to 8 p.m. today, March 16, and from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 17.
