Mr. Charles Ti­mothy “Tim” Hay, of Cov­ing­ton, died peacefully at his home March 28, 2012, at the age of 62. Son of the late Otis Daniel and Chris­tine Cal­la­han Hay, he was a long­time em­ployee of Peo­ples Drug Store, work­ing at all 3 lo­ca­tions, span­ning 43 years. Mr. Hay was of the Bap­tist faith and a mem­ber of High Point Bap­tist Church from an early age. He is sur­vived by his brother, Wil­liam Daniel “Danny” Hay of Cov­ing­ton, a num­ber of cousins, and a host of friends. Fu­neral Ser­vices for Mr. Hay will be held at 2 p.m., Fri­day, March 30, 2012, at High Point Bap­tist Church, with Rev­erend David Mar­shall of­fi­ci­at­ing and in­ter­ment fol­low­ing in High Point Bap­tist Church Ceme­tery. The fam­ily re­ceived friends at J. C. Har­well & Son Fu­neral Home March 29, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. J.C.
